I am so sorry to hear the news. Jeff was a great guy and I know will be missed by so many. My thoughts and prayers  to Areskog family, friends, and loved ones.

I remember when your parents told me you were no longer a possible thought but that you would become part of the araskog family in 9 months and you would be bringing your twin brother with you. Your mom dressed in maternity clothes we've been two weeks of finding out she was pregnant. Your dad and I laughed at that and said how could she be in maternity clothes already. But she was and as the months went on your mother carried you so she could hardly walk anymore period She was the biggest pregnant woman I have ever seen carrying both of her boys. Then came the time you boat said you wanted out you were born not too long after . I remember coming to the hospital to see the both of you beautiful baby boys your dad was the happiest person in the world but not as happy as your mom. If that was even possible. As you got older I spent many times sleeping over at your house playing with you guys and watching TV. You grew into such fine young men both of you. When you would come home and visit for the holidays  or Dad's birthday or your mom's birthday I would come over to visit too. You would give me the biggest hug Jeffrey and the biggest smile and you would genuinely happy to see me or anyone else that came to visit you. And then you found the love of your life and we were so happy for you and if things couldn't ever get better they did for you when you and Angelica had your son Niko
You left us too soon but i believe that there is always a reason for this. We will alwsys remember the time you spent here with all of us. Rest in peace

My deepest condolences to Areskog family, friends, and loved ones.  Jeff and his unique gift of laughter will certainly be missed, but remain unforgettable.

My Memories of Jeff are few and far between. I met Jeff while playing hockey on our India Oak Hockey team. We played for one season together. Jeff was upbeat and a fun teammate. We also enjoyed a few beer and laughs together after some games.
As many others have said, Jeff's life was way too short in this world. He has been taken to serve a greater purpose. My condolences to his family. Rest easy Jeff.

There are no words to express what you contributed to this world. You were taken entirely too soon. We are all still trying to process why you were called to serve another purpose. While I know that we may never understand what was more important than you being here with us I believe that there is in fact a greater being that saw you for who you are and knows that you are needed elsewhere. Jeff we will miss you but will always know that you are here with us. There is no way for us to express our pain but we will all help each other through this tragic time knowing that there is a meaning behind it.
