
Jeffrey was born in Coshocton, Ohio on January 14, 1970 and he passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 8, 2009 at Licking Memorial Hospital.
Jeffrey was a 1989 Coshocton High –JVS graduate in restaurant management. He was a former crew leader at Long John Silver in Heath and was currently employed as an attendant at Gas America in Heath. Jeffrey was the type of person to live life to the fullest. He was a music enthusiast with his favorite artists being Madonna and Michael Jackson. He dearly loved his adopted family and his cat, Sox and dogs, Angel and Shadow.
Survivors include his adopted parents, Danny and Cindy (Farmer) Dalton; adopted grandparents, Don and Jane Satterfield; special friend, Robert Zigan; lifetime friend, Angela Fowler; Godchildren, Sindy, Joseph and Andrew Endsley; great Godson, Zachakiha Mulford; numerous foster brothers and sisters; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, Alaska Keener and co-workers from Gas America.
In addition to his mother Martha, he is preceded in death by one sister, Vicki Smith.
