Joseph Coons, Age 73, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away September 9, 2010. He was born on June 19, 1937. Joseph lived a full life surrounded by loving family. Joseph was one who never knew a stranger and had a knack for fixing anything and everything. Joseph and his family spent many happy hours fishing and relaxing in the sunshine. Joseph is preceded in death by parents Daniel and Velva Coons, significant other, Hazel Davis, brothers, Fred, Carl, John and Danny, Son Joseph Jr. and Grandson Austin Davis. Joseph is survived by his sisters Helen, Catherine and Agnes. Children, Fred (Deborah), Ralph (Christina), Robert, Kenny, Arthur, Leroy, Betsy, Brenda, Debbie and Jimmy, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Friends may call Tuesday from 12pm-2pm and 5pm-7pm at the SCHOEDINGER LINDEN MEMORIAL CHAPEL 2741 Cleveland Ave. where the funeral service will be held Wednesday September 15th, 2010 at 10:00am, where Jimmy Hood will officiate. Interment at Glen Rest Memorial Estate following the service.
