i'm sorry for your loss. Karl was the person who you could talk to any thing about and would always be there for you he would alawys be
listening to what you had to say and give you advice and help you out.
i'm a good friend of the tauche family when i would spend the night Kar4l was very excited when i would spend the night he treated me like family and always welcoming me when i came over...I always called karl my second dad because he cared a lot about me even
if i was learning disabled he was the person i could talk to .

Karl will always be my friend for ever. I will deeply miss him he will
always be in my heart. god bless you all. i keep looking at the picture
of he and i on my bed side that i had framed.Karl you will always be my dad. i always pray for you and the tauche family . may the lord be

Dear carolyn julie gavin

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss,
i'm sending my condolences to everyone.
I knew Karl as a brillient man that knew so much .and willing to
help anyone. i'm a disabled individual named marie when i would
spend the night Karl and i would joke about my football teams i
remember when usc played the buck eyes i had a plush usc horse
that would play the fight song Karl and carolyn said were sitting on
opisite sides we all had a good laugh he said i will give the horse
a losing streak i said fight on usc beat the buck eyes we laughed.
Karl is my second dad that is what i would call him he was always there for me.Karl is my best friend along with the family.

Karl was the smartest man with knowledge of a lot of subjects.I remember him and I talking about various things .Oil spill in the gulf and a three piece pedal in new cars.I will miss him . To Carolyn,Gavin and Julie who he loved and cherished I will pray for you and your loss.

Over the years, Karl made a lot of friends with the staff at Park National Bank.  He was a great person to deal with on a professional and personal basis.  He really cared about his customers and went out of his way to make sure their needs were met.  He will be missed and our prayers are with his family.

Karl grew up on a farm in northeastern Ohio, before attending Thiel College in Greenville, Pa.  There, he graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in biology, originally intent on going to dental school.
Instead, he chose to earn a master’s degree in accounting from The Ohio State University in 1978.  He worked briefly for the international accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP) and became a certified public accountant in the State of Ohio in 1983.
Karl has had a varied career, involving many industries including banking, offshore oil drilling, steel and aluminum processing, and the medical device field. Ten years ago he decided to establish himself in the field of law and was hired as the controller for Havens Limited in Columbus, Ohio.  Today he is the CFO overseeing the law firm, as well as Cardinal Title Agency, Inc., and other entities associated with James R. Havens.
Karl became a certified legal manager, designated by the Association of Legal Administrators, in 2003.  He was licensed as a title insurance agent in January 2010.
