Kathryn Carzetta Sargent, was born July 29, 1958 in Memphis, TN to the late Lontine Durham and Charlie Sargent Sr. Kathryn confessed Christ at Shady Grove MBC in Memphis, TN under the leadership of Wardell Johnson. Kathryn was a graduate of George Washington Carver High School. Kathryn was full of life and spunk and will be dearly missed. She leaves to celebrate her life: her wife, Nichol Jones-Sargent; four children, Carlos, Shonda, Brandy and Tamika; seven grandchildren, Tangela, Khalin, Xavier, Kennedy, Tyree, Ernest and Tiona. She also leaves a brother, Charlie Sargent Sr; four sisters, Dorothy Aaron, Betty Jean Conard, Bobby Jean Palmer and Susan Sargent. She leaves a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. She will be missed.
