Kathy Sue Parker, age 57, of Pickerington died unexpectedly at her residence October 28, 2011. She was born in Columbus, Ohio to the late Jess & Geneva (Pickens) Lobdell; also preceded in death by her sister, Cheryl and brother, Billy. Kathy retired from J.C. Penny after 30 years of service. She attended Fairfield Christian Church, North Campus. Each year in the spring her sister Norma and her would attend the Home and Garden Show. She loved her flowers and gardening. She also loved her kittens. The joy of her life was her grandchildren and son. Kathy is survived by son, Faron (Andrea) Parker; grandchildren, Morgan, Adrianna, and Jackson; life partner, of 10 years, Jerry Cole; brother, Bobby Lobdell; sister, Norma Clark; friend, Judy Dyer; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends and family may call on Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 4-5 pm with a memorial service to follow at 5 pm with Celebrant, Mark Dettmer officiating.
