

Kelley Wolfe Arthur, 79, of Columbus, OH entered into Heaven resting in the arms of Jesus Christ his Savior on September 22, 2021 in the presence of his loving family. He was born January 21, 1942 to Thomas Robert Arthur and Winifred Madelyn (Wolfe) Arthur.
After fighting 27 months with stage 4 metastasized prostate cancer he lost the battle but gained a forever home in Heaven.
He lived life to the fullest….at Linden McKinley High School he was a varsity football, baseball & basketball player. At Capital University he played football and baseball. He played travel fast pitch softball. He coached basketball; including the Police Athletic League and a State Championship team at DeSales High School. He also coached church softball and was the ministry director of property & recreation for his church, Northpark Church of Christ. He was ALWAYS a Marine for his country and Columbus Policeman and Sergeant, 24/7.
Kelley is survived by his wife of 59 years, Linda. Children Darren (Steven); Robin (Shawn); Ryan (Krista). Francisco; 6 Grandchildren: Paige, Paris, Paisley, Pallas, Sarah, Evan. 2 Great Grandchildren: Laiken, Berkley. House cat Buster Brown. Brother William (Silvia).
His daily prayer was: “On my bad days I seek You, On my good days I Thank You, On my great days I praise You, But everyday I need You, Thank you God for always being here for me. AMEN”
Kelley was a storyteller and comedian at heart who always felt you should “leave them laughing.”
There will be a private burial service.
A “Celebration of Life” service will be Saturday, October 23, 2:00PM
at Worthington Christian Church, 8145 High Street, Columbus, OH 43235.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Worthington Christian Village, 165 Highbluffs Blvd., Columbus, OH 43235 in memory of Kelley.
