

Dr. Kenneth L. Grunden, age 75 of West Chester, OH passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Mount Carmel, Grove City. Kenneth was born in Natrona Heights, PA to the late Kenneth and Gertrude (Klinkenberg) Grunden. He was a graduate of Har-Brack High School, Youngstown State University, Westminster College, and Temple Baptist Seminary. Kenneth had a strong passion for Christian education. He and his wife Pauline spent 6 years abroad in missionary work in South Korea, training students, and spreading the Good News of The Gospel. He published his first book last year, Preparing for the International Harvest: The Fields are Ready- Are you? Kenneth had an entrepreneurial spirit and took on each new task with full enthusiasm and positive outlook. He enjoyed various cars and motorcycles. He particularly enjoyed coaching and mentoring others, and traveled extensively at home and abroad. Anyone who knew Kenneth knew he was a detail-oriented person to the point of perfection. Kenneth is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Pauline; his brothers Larry (Beverly) and Roger (Linda) Grunden; sisters-in-law Mary (Frank) Pleso and Anne (Hank) Pajak; 5 nieces; 6 nephews; and 17 grand nieces and nephews. MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES DURING VISITATION AND SERVICES. Visitation will be held 5-7 PM Thursday, October 14, 2021, at World Harvest Church 4595 Gender Rd Canal Winchester, OH 43110 where his funeral service will follow at 7 PM.
