Larry W Smallwood

Larry Wayne Smallwood, age 64, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at his home surrounded by family. He was born in Circleville on January 22, 1947 to the late Frank and Donna Smallwood. Larry had a long and successful career at Container Corporation of America, retiring in 2009. Larry was a hard working man, but always had time for his family. He was a huge sports fan, but especially loved to hunt, fish and bowl. More than anything else in life he loved his family. He will be truly missed by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his sister, Kate Williams; brothers, Guy Edward, Frederick, Donald and Robert. He is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Melody, children, Tyler (Frances) Smallwood, Angie Smallwood; stepsons, William Hart, Waylon Hart, and Wayne Lanning; grandchildren, Tyler Smallwood, Summer Smallwood, Hunter Smallwood, Troy Smallwood, and Brandon McGowan; great grandson, Gabriel McGowan; sisters, Annabelle Feyh of Stoutsville, Barbara Salyers of Circleville, Betty (Glen) McFarland of Circleville, and Patty (Bill) Longberry of Circleville; and host of nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 4-8 pm, Friday, September 16, 2011 and from 10-12 pm, Saturday, September 17, 2011at the DEFENBAUGH-WISE-SCHOEDINGER FUNERAL HOME 151 E.
