Lionel A. "Pete" Wolfe, 85, passed away Thursday, March 17, 2022 at home. Pete was born March 9, 1937 in Leon, WV to the late Starling and Ethel (Davis) Wolfe. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, playing euchre and riding his motorcycle. In addition to his parents, Pete was preceded in death by his brothers, Dennis Wolfe and Terrance Wolfe. He is survived by his daughters, Deborah (Jerry) Payne and Carla Newlun; sons, David (Scott Wolf) Wolfe and Cody (Sarah) Wolfe; grandchildren, Shaun Coyan and fiancé Charity Throwbridge, Alexander Wolfe, Levi Wolfe, and Madison Wolfe; great-grandchildren, Jayden Frazier, Jonah Frazier, Cara Frazier, June Coyan; sister, Doris Spires; sisters-in-law, Anne Wolfe and Jessie Wolfe; many beautiful nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends 6-8 pm Monday, March 21, 2022 at Schoedinger East, 5360 E. Livingston Ave. Columbus, OH 43232. Private family interment will take place at a later date in West Virginia.
