Louis F Dodson

Louis graduated from Holy Family High School and was an engineer for Penn Station as well as a hairdresser in Newark, Ohio. He lived on Buckeye Lake where he enjoyed the water and fishing. He loved The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Surviving are his wife of 62 years Patricia (McGreevy) Dodson; children Debbie Wright of Gahanna and Jeff (Diane) Dodson of Newark; grandchildren Joshua and Jenna; great grandchildren Noah Deville and McKenna Dodson; brothers Robert and Frank Dodson; sisters Annie and Barb. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother John Dodson and sister Rita Blair as well as a grandson Nathan Wright.

Family will receive friends at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Friday, July 17, 2015 from 4-7PM concluding with a funeral service at 7PM with Celebrant Andrew Hoover officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Ohio or Alzheimer’s Association.
