Marian A. Morris

Marian A. Morris, beloved mom, grandma and great-grandma, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2018 at Brookdale Westerville. She was born December 4, 1924 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Louis and Anna (Schmidt) Weber; also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. Morris, sister Doris Baucom, half-brother John Weber, half-sister Faye Weber; also her longtime companion and dearly loved cat Jessie. Marian leaves behind to cherish her memory six children: Cheryl (Dana) Hefner, Karen (Tom) Fox, Brian (Kathy) Morris, Sandy (Raymond) Richards, Terri (Dan) Higgins and Craig Morris; grandchildren: Ken (Jen) Boggs with Tyler, Korey, Madison, Cydney, Cierra, Celeste, Jessie and Joe, David (Ember Steward) Fox, Jennifer (Saul) Fox-Lozada, Raymond (Sarah) Bryant with Nate, Amanda Bryant, Justin Richards, Suzy (John) Porter with Dillon and Ashley, Martina Higgins, Allison (Tony) Morris, Casey Morris, Katelynd Morris with Carson, Austin Morris and Aleah Morris; nephews Greg and Dick Baucom; Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law Frank (Donna Morris), Sister-in-law and Brother-in-law Mary (Hobart) Baker; extended family and friends. Marian loved the laughter and good times that came along with having a large family. She enjoyed feeding the birds and spending time in her gardens. Visitations (where casual attire is encouraged) will be held 5-8pm Monday, September 10th and 11am-12pm Tuesday, September 11th at Schoedinger Northeast Chapel, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230. Funeral Service 12pm Tuesday with burial to follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
