Marilyn Jean Chatfield, age 78, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2017. She was born November 15, 1938 in Columbus, Ohio to the late George and Dorothy (Hitchcock) Saatkamp. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Chatfield and son, Edward Chatfield. Marilyn is survived by her sons, George Chatfield and Bill Chatfield; and grandchildren, Kathy, Brian, Connor, Ian, Jason, Aiden, and Emily. She was a member of the Grove City United Methodist Church and a member of Grove City Chapter #502 Order of Eastern Star. She was also a big fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL 3920 Broadway Grove City where the funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
