Martha Jane Harris, age 78, died peacefully September 23, 2012 at her residence. She was born May 16, 1934 in Columbus, Ohio to the Late Manilla & Hazel (Blue) Rhoads. She enjoyed bowling, A&W Root Beer, and listening to 50’s music. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by loving husband, William Harris and sisters, Nancy Rhoads and Marcella Cummings. Martha is survived by children, Charles (Karen) Harris, Nancy (Steve) Gillispie, and Janet (Jesse) Bruton; sister, Catherine (Frank) Eblin; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and dear friends. Visitation will be held 2-4 & 6-8 pm Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL 5554 Karl Rd. where the funeral service will be held Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 10 am.
