Mary Ann was a proud member of Girl’s State and participated in the Women’s Softball league. She was a cheerleader at Brookhaven High School and also at Otterbein College where she became a member of the Epsilon Kappa Tau sorority and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree before going on to Southern Illinois University where she received her Master of Science in Education degree in one year. She then went on to the Ohio State University where she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree and completed her residency. Mary Ann went on to build her own successful medical practice and was, proudly, a key player in the drug testing program for the US Olympic team.
Along with her extensive educational and career success, Mary Ann was an active member in her church and enjoyed various hobbies and pursuits including her beloved pets, wildlife, traveling, leading bible studies, annually attending and volunteering at the gospel gathering Diana Singing and always, always learning.
