

McEldon "Mickey" Lee Baker, Sr., 79, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Arbors West from long term health conditions. Mickey was born on October 29, 1936 in Columbus, Ohio. He will be happily welcomed in heaven by his mother, Helen Titus, father, Orville Baker, sister Ruth Enterman, brothers, Jimmy and Johnny Eastgate, and his precious baby daughter, Robyn Baker. Mickey is survived by his one and only true love, his wife of 61 years, Betty Baker, his five beloved children, McEldon "Lee" Baker, Jr., Morgan Yellow Thunder, Karen Wells, Carole Cole, and Brian Baker, son-in-law Kevin Cole, daughter-in-law Debbie Baker, his sister Betty Boyd, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mickey was a proud grandpa to 14 grandchildren and a great grandpa to 13 great-grandchildren. He lived most of his life here in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Central High School. He retired from Joseppi's Pizza, served as President of the Hilltop Business Association, was a Freemason with the Goodale Lodge, a member of the Scottish Rite, as well as a Shriner. Mickey will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him. A viewing will be held from 1-3 pm Wednesday, May 18, 2016 including a Masonic Service at 2:30 pm at the SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio followed by a 3:30 pm graveside service at his final resting place at Sunset Cemetery at 6959 W. Broad St., Galloway, OH.
