Mike Dodson

Mike Dodson, 75, of Upper Arlington, OH, passed away on March 18th.

Born on January 5th, 1949, Mike was a proud graduate of Upper Arlington High School and The Ohio State University, where he earned his undergraduate degree and MBA. He was a distinguished member of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, earning "Mr. Delt" of the Beta Phi Chapter his senior year. He was a lifelong member of St. Agatha Catholic Church.

Mike was a beloved father to his children John (Jenny), Bob (Ellen Dorsten), and Mary Keiter (Jon), who he proudly raised alongside their mother, Candy Shirey. Mike was also an adored grandfather to Henry, Nori, and Jak. He is preceded in death by his Brother (John), Mother (Mary), and Father (Robert).

Mike was an avid golfer and a member of Hickory Hills Golf Club for over 20 years, where he secured his one and only Hole in One on "New #3." He will be remembered for his joyful, charismatic, and laid-back personality. Mike's caring nature, combined with his stoicism and ability to always see the bright side, endeared him to all who knew him.

A visitation will be held from 4-6 pm on Wednesday, March 27th, at the Schoedinger Northwest in Upper Arlington.
