Milo N. Miller, 71, formerly of Columbus and Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025, at the Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio, after completing his final "10-7." Born on May 19, 1953, in Washington Court House, Ohio, to Naaman Homer and Betty Jean Miller, Milo grew up helping his father on the farm before serving his country in the United States Air Force. A skilled mechanic, Milo had a natural talent for fixing just about anything. He worked for many years at the Franklin County MMRD Bus Garage before relocating to Florida, where he continued his career as a Truck Driver. Milo had a strong aversion to technology but was known for his humble nature. Though he lived with little, he would always offer what he had and share advice from the heart. One of the things we’ll always remember is how he never said just “goodbye.” Whether it was over the phone or in person, it was always, “God bless.”
Milo was preceded in death by his former wife, Pamela Miller; his second wife, Sharon Miller; and his parents, Naaman Homer and Betty Jean Miller. He is survived by his son, Milo (Lisa) Miller II; granddaughters, Brittany, Jenna, and Noelle; and siblings, Richard, Virgil, and Shirley Miller; step-children Joshua Grant and Keniesha Grant; many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at Advantage Funeral Service by Schoedinger Hilltop, 3030 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio.
