Moya Dickson Sievert

Moya Dickson "Ann" Sievert, age 92, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2016. She was born on September 3, 1924 in Dunedin, New Zealand to the late Donald and Mary Ellen (Templeton) Chisholm. She was an avid reader, dog lover and crossword puzzle enthusiast. She also enjoyed spending time outdoors and tending to her flower garden. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Sievert; and siblings, Mervyn Mackie (Bill) Chisholm, Hugh Blair Chisholm, Saretta Jessie Evelyn (Jess) Chisholm, Wynn Geer Chisholm, Susan Cecily (Sue) Chisholm and Lois Macfie Chisholm. Ann is survived by her son, Donald (Carol Orders) Sievert; granddaughter, Melisa Meyers (Richie); great grandchildren, Gina, Reece, Dominic, and Cohen; special nieces Gail (Henry) Provost and Patti (Jim) Henderson; special friend, Trudy Franks; and many close family friends. In accordance with her wishes, a gathering will be held at a later date. Contributions in Ann's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or your favorite charity.
