Patricia Bennett Cooke

Patricia Bennett Cooke, age 94, went home to be with our Lord on Sunday, March 28, 2021. Patricia was born to Oliver and Inez Bennett on February 8, 1927. She was a 1945 graduate of North High School, attended The Ohio State University and was employed for many years by The Ohio Bell Telephone Company. She was a member and Past President of The Women's Association of The Columbus Symphony Orchestra and sang with The Columbus Symphony Chorus. She was also a member of the original Player's Club/Theatre. Preceded in death by her sister, Joan and (Richard) Seiple. Survived by her husband of fifty-six years, Grant W. Cooke; stepdaughter, Allison (Nick) Davis; granddaughter, Heather (Kevin) Hall; grandson, Matthew (Amy) Davis; grandchildren, Braden, Logan, Kellen and Abigail; nieces, Susan (Bill) Sabo, Linda King; and nephew, David (Ginger) Seiple along with many great and great- great nieces and nephews. A private funeral service will take place at Saint James Episcopal Church on Tuesday April 6, 2021 and a gravesite service at Union Cemetery following the service.
