Paula Jean Nelson

Paula Jean Nelson, 72, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018. She was born June 12, 1946 in Jackson, Ohio to the late Paul and Anna (Stout) Dixon. She was a 1964 graduate of Minford H.S. and retired from Lennox Industries and Techneglass. Paula was a loving mother who cared and served those who were around her. She enjoyed spending time outdoors and looking up at the stars on a clear summer night. She was excellent at completing crossword puzzles and answering all of the questions on each nights Jeopardy show. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Anna Holiday; Paula is survived by her husband of 32 years, Bill Nelson; children, Angie (Steve) Walton, Pam Clay, and Butch Nelson; grandchildren, Cheyenne Walton, Lucas Clay, and Ciara and Haleigh Nelson; siblings, Janet Maddox, Marvin (Rosie) Dixon, Jim (Joni) Dixon, and Mary Dixon all from Minford, Ohio; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
