Phyllis Ann Walker

Phyllis A. Walker, 68 of Columbus, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday November 11, 2009 at Whetstone Care Center after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was a member of Christian Fellowship Church and former member of Christ the King Church, Polaris. Phyllis was the former President and founder of Executive Services Inc. and had worked for Western and Southern Insurance Company and American Family Insurance. She was most recently associated with Coldwater Creek. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Emma Owens. Survived by beloved family members including brother, William Owens and his family; step grandchildren, Steven (Maggie) Greene, Nathan Greene, Jonathan Greene and Glenn (Mia) Davis and cherished friend to many. A celebration of life will be held 11:00am Saturday at CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP CHURCH 5970 Godown Rd. with Pastor Mike Gauch officiating. A visitation will be held Friday 2-4 and 6-8pm at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL 6699 N. High Street. GRAVESIDE SERVICE will be held 1:00pm Monday at Palm Memorial Cemetery, Methany WV.
