Randy Lee Nichols, age 59 of Newark, died Thursday August 18, 2011 at OSU Hospitals. He was born June 7, 1952 to Lawrence Leslie and Carol (Lane) Nichols. He was a self-employed excavator, working mostly in the Central Ohio area. He loved rescuing and raising horses, working with leather, jewelry, and bullet making. He was a member of the Native American Alliance, and will be remembered as a great father, son, grandfather and husband who would do anything when asked of him and would do so for anyone. There are no services or calling hours.
