Robert "Bob" Cloud

Bob Cloud, age 74 was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 29, 2010. He loved the Lord, the Church, his family, his special friends and his five dogs. He was devoted to Penny, his wife of 10 and a half years. Bob was a member of Franklin United Brethren Church; he served as a Lay Minister, Deacon, and was on the Praise Team. His greatest joy was to sing. He retired from the city of Grandview and was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy; Bob was also a member of the IBEW #683, T.T.O.S, Kobacher House Hospice Volunteer and Nationwide Children’s Hospital TWIG #271. On November 18, 1975 Bob became the youngest Grand Master of the Mason East Gate Lodge No. 603 F & AM. Survived by his loving wife Penny; daughter, Barbara (Don) Hayes; grandchildren, Justin, Danielle (Jeremy), Christine (John) and granddaughter, Baylee Renay. Papa to Ireland and Amanda Plott; stepsons, Mike (Polly) Warren, Rick (Jackie) Warren; 6 step grandchildren; and 5 step great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 3-7pm, Friday, November, 5, 2010 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL 5554 Karl RD. Funeral service will be held at 9:30AM, Saturday, November 6, 2010 at Franklin United Brethren Church, 7171 Central College Rd., New Albany, OH., with calling hours at 9:00AM.
