Robert L. Nunley, 83, of Columbus, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 4, 2010. He was born April 8, 1927 in Greenville, TN to the late Taylor and Effie Nunley. Robert is also preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Juanita Nunley. Robert is survived by his children, Connie (Art) Salyer, Bobbi (Jim) Jenkins, Danny (Sharon) Nunley, Jeannie (Harvey) Compton, Donna Neely and Misty (Leon) Burns; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great, great-grandchild; brother, Sam (Brenda) Nunley and many “adopted” children and other family members. He was a member of the Saving Grace Freewill Baptist Church. Visitation will be held 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00PM Friday, August 6, 2010 at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL 3920 Broadway Grove City where the funeral service will be held 10:00AM Saturday, August 7, 2010. Pastor Willie Messer and Rev. Roger Tillis will be officiating with interment at Sunset Cemetery.
