He and his late wife Kristan were best friends and their 53-year marriage was filled with love and laughter. The couple enjoyed completing word games and puzzles, watching Ohio State sports and late night shows. Robin was proud of his children and grandchildren, speaking often about their attributes and accomplishments. He loved animals as well. He had numerous dogs over his lifetime and enjoyed being in nature. He was brave in his fight against cancer, and maintained his strength and sense of humor until the end.
