Rodney Kent Rock

Rodney K. "Rocky" Rock, age 74, went to his Lord on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 while at home with his family. Rocky was born on November 28, 1943 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Charles K. and Nellie L. (Fleming) Rock. He graduated from Central High School and served our country proudly in the US Air Force. Rocky was a Minister and Elder at 1st Pentecostal Church. He also attended The Church Triumphant. Rocky was known as the Donut Man as he loved delivering donuts from Jolly Pirate to extended family. He will be remembered for always calling everyone Honey and his giving and charitable heart. Rocky loved his family and being pampered by them. Preceded in death by his parents, Charles K. and Nellie L. Rock; brother, Jerry A. Rock; and daughter, Teresa L. Leitz. Survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Yvonne "Pat" Rock; children, Shannen (Lisa Lively) Rock and Kelly (Brad) Gibson; 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and many friends. Family will receive visitors from 5-8 pm on Monday, March 19, 2018 and 11- 12 noon prior to the funeral service at 12 Noon, Tuesday, March, 20, 2018 at The Church Triumphant, 1001 Vera Place, Columbus, Ohio 43204.
