Ruth "Betty" Elizabeth (Steever) Albert, 83, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away peacefully in the presence of her family on March 10, 2018. She was born on October 29, 1934 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. She is survived by her loving husband, James E. Albert who affectionately referred to her as "My Darling Betty". Also survived by her daughters, her "Four Little Women": Karen (Jack) Pressler, Carolyn (Greg) Ferguson, Cynthia (Jim) Pence and Marybeth (Ron) Blankenship; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her puppy, Heidi. Betty dedicated her life to her children and husband. She will be fondly remembered for her caring nature and unassuming gentle spirit. Betty has donated her body to The Ohio State University's Medical Research Lab. Per her wishes, a private service was held by her family. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association, 1379 Dublin Road, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Arrangements entrusted to Schoedinger East Chapel.
