

Sam Francis Ramondelli, Jr. died peacefully on March 18, 2021 at Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio. He was born on September 10, 1938 to the late Sam and Annabelle Ramondelli. In addition to his parents, Sam was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Verna. He is survived by his 4 children, Angela (Joe) Grywalski, Toni (Bill) Shephard, Sam (Cathy) Ramondelli, and Verna Nicole Farris, his 5 grandchildren, Allison, Chelsea, Nicholas, Vincent and Joseph, his sister Virginia Ann Stone and several nieces and nephews.
In his youth, Sam served for many years as an altar boy for St. John the Baptist Church in Columbus. Furthermore, Sam served the City of Columbus, Dublin road water treatment plant for over 40 years. Sam also worked independently serving the automotive and electrical needs of both friends and family. He was a huge fan of "car races" and attended the "Good Guys" car shows throughout his lifetime. He often entered his own vehicles in the car shows.
