

Samuel B. Randall, age 84, a longtime resident of Upper Arlington, Ohio passed away on July 19, 2011. He was born August 12, 1926 in Dennison, Ohio to the late Rev. Frank Harvey Randall and Helen Gill Randall. He received his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University. Sam was a practicing Columbus attorney for over 55 years, with the law firm now known as Kincaid, Randall & Craine. He was a former assistant City Attorney, Director and General Counsel of Banc Ohio National Bank, chairman of Port Columbus Airport Commission and counsel to Columbus and Franklin County Metropolitan Parks. He was a 50 year member of the Aladdin Temple Shrine, Scottish Rite, Lodge Council Chapter, Valley of Columbus and member of the Grand Lodge, F& AM. He was also an Associate member of Northwest United Methodist church and 60 year member of Columbus Moose Lodge No. 30. Sam was an avid fisherman, especially for Lake Erie walleye, was a life-long Ohio State Buckeye fan and enjoyed numerous trips to Europe. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marian. Surviving are his two children, Karen Randall Scott (Rodney) and S. Brewster Randall, II (Alison); grandchildren, Steven Scott, Ava Scott, William Randall and Benjamin Randall and his brother and sister-in-law, John G. and Martha Randall. Friends may call 2-5pm Sunday, July 24, 2011 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL 1740 Zollinger Rd. where services will be held at 10:30am Monday; Interment at Sunset Cemetery; Pastor Tom slack, officiating.
