SANDRA JEANNE WEEKLEY WHEELER left this party on September 6th to be with her parents Jessie “Jack” McQuaid and Walter Clifton Weekley. She left her daughters, Kelly Lynn Yeager and Tara Leigh Shackelford, her sister Mary Margaret Smith and husband Robert “Bob” Wheeler to catch up later. She was a beautiful, poised intelligent, quick witted, tasteful LADY who instinctively knew when to make her entrance and above all when it was time to leave. Everybody who knew her will have a “Sandy Story” to tell. As long as someone remembers her she will always be here.
