Sarah Elizabeth Mejia

Sarah was most recently a homemaker and a proud mother of her three children Elijah, Alec and Ariana. She and her husband Robert were married on October 31, 1997 having met in their native home of California while working for Cardinal Health. Sarah loved the time spent with her family, vacations to Virginia Beach, most memorably their trip during hurricane Sandy. She was an avid cook. Among her children’s favorite recipes was her pasta bake. Sarah loved NASCAR and the Denver Broncos. Her family will miss her upbeat, positive and loving personality.

In addition to her mother, husband and children, Sarah leaves behind her brother and sister-in-law and their children Charles and Dawn Rasmusson and Alyssa, Rose and Donald as well as brother-in-law Joseph Mejia and brother-in-law and sister-in-law Albert and Stephanie Mejia; sister-in-law Christina Bonboster; nieces Rochelle, Alex and Eternity; and special friends Michelle Reed and Shellie Taylor.

She was preceded in death by her father Nickolas and father-in-law Albert Mejia.

Friends may call at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 North High Street, Friday, May 8, 2015 from 4-6PM where a memorial service will be held at 6PM with Officiant Andrew Hoover delivering a message to reflect the life of Sarah.
