Sharon Patricia Campagna

Sharon Patricia Jones Campagna, 70, passed away after a year long battle with lung cancer on April 1, 2016 at the Kobacker House in Columbus, OH with her husband of 49 years, Anthony by her side. Sharon was born on November 16, 1945 to Margaret and Jim Jones. She is survived in death by her husband Anthony, daughter Lisa (Chris) Daly, son James (Nikki Mulholland) and grandchildren Dominic, Gabriel, Jacob and sister, Maureen (Doug) Zahler. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Colleen. Sharon lived for her family and loved spending time with her three Sweet Peas. She had an unqualified love for and deep pride in her family, and we can only hope to live up to that. She had an eye for art and her family and that will live on in her donated corneas to the Eye Bank. Sharon was an accomplished artist, creating for business and for fun. She was the best friend to have and when she and the "Ladies" would gather for dinner, it would often be an hours long affair as they all gathered in friendship. Her friends would say she was a true friend, the best listener. She was never quick to pass judgement on anyone and she always tried to look at both sides before forming her opinion. Sharon was always a supporter of the underdog and she lived her life accordingly. Family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Road, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221. In lieu of flowers the family requests that you make a donation to a favorite charity in Sharon's name. The family would also like to thank the wonderful Staff of the Kobacker House and The James Cancer hospital.
