

Shell J. Cantrell, 70, of Grove City went home to be with the Lord on February 3, 2012 at Doctor’s West Hospital in Columbus, OH. He was born in West Liberty, Kentucky on April 15, 1941. He worked in the construction Industry for 50 years and owned and operated Cantrell and Crockett Concrete for the last 15 years. He was a member of Shining Light Baptist Church of Hillard, OH, where he served as Sunday School Superintendant and conducted the opening of Sunday morning Services. Preceded in death by his mother, Rosie Cantrell Bolin; father and mother-in-law, John and Florence Jenkins. Survived by Hazel, his loving wife and best friend of 47 years; loving son, Richard (Sherri) Cantrell of Houston, OH; loving grandchildren, Richard Cantrell and Jessica (Terry) Parks; two great-grandchildren, Allysa Cantrell and Bradyn Renner of Piqua, OH; step-granddaughter, Mariah Parks of Tipp City, OH; Goddaughter, Haley Clark of Lewis Center, OH and his special babies, Suggababy and Princess Star. Also survived by 3 brothers, Charles (Nervie) Caudill of West Liberty, KY, Jimmy (Sandy) Caudill of Piqua, OH and Larry (Ruby) Caudill of Hazel green, KY; two sisters, Letha (Tommy) Williams of Staffordville, KY and Sue Cantrell of West Liberty, KY; also three brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; many special friends and family members too numerous to mention.
