Shirley V. Mouser, 74 of Chillicothe, formerly of Grove City, died Sunday night, July 15, 2012 at Heartland of Chillicothe Nursing Home after an extended illness. Shirley was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and is preceded in death by her husband James, son Martin, parents Bill and Freida Black, brothers Jimmy, Billy, Marion and Hollis Black and great grandson Caleb McKnight. Shirley is survived by son Michael Mouser of Grove City, son Ernest of Frankfort, daughter Sheri (Brian) Hedden of Piketon, sister-in-law Barbara (Hollis) Black, brother Dick Black, grandchildren Karla Wise, Tracy (Keith) Cooper, Vicki (Cain) Osborne, Shane Mouser, Shyla Mouser, and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
