Sue Ann Ferrell

Sue Ann Ferrell, age 68 of New Albany, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2014. Sue was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of the late David Wallace and Martha Marie Hawthorne. Sue graduated from Marion Franklin High School, Class of 1964 and went on to attend nursing school in Washington D.C. Sue was a longtime active member of St. John's Church where she was involved in numerous volunteer endeavors and was also a member of the Reynoldsburg Garden Club. She was a generous, giving, and supportive woman who would lend a helping hand to anyone in need and also had a great sense of humor. Sue enjoyed attending her son Jason's concerts, spending time with her grandson Luke, and traveling with her best friend Toni Howard. She will be greatly missed by her loving sons, Keith (Peggy) and Jason Ferrell; grandson, Luke Ferrell; brothers, Roy (Judy) and Don (Sandy) Hedrick; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. Memorial service will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, November 1, 2014 at St. John's Church, 59 E. Mound St. Rev. Virginia Bauman officiating.
