Susan Hulslander

Susan B. Hulslander, age 74, passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019. She was born to the late Frederick and Evelyn Bartz in Toledo, OH. In addition to her parents, Susan is preceded in death by her cousin, Joyce O'Kinley, and nephew, Thomas Bartz. Susan was a mother, wife, and teacher, and traveled with her husband faithfully throughout his 15 years in military service. She greatly enjoyed painting, needlework, crafts, reading, being an avid OSU football and band fan (TBDBITL) and water skiing at the cottage on Lake George, MI. She also loved vacationing in the Greek Islands, Mt. Rushmore, and church camp at Lake Hemlock, MI. Susan is survived by her husband of 54 years, Don, LTC USA (retired); sons, John (Kimberly) and William; daughter, Laura (Matthew, CAPT USN); grandchildren, Donald, Thomas, Tyler, Owen, and Olivia; brothers, James (Sally), William (Chris), and Richard (Annette); and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 pm Sunday, February 10, 2019 at the Clubhouse of Village at North Falls, 6951 Falls View Circle, Delaware (Lewis Center), OH.
