Suzanne F. Van Horne, age 92, passed away Friday, June 29, 2018 at her residence. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Earl Van Horne; sisters, Catherine Booker, Mary Alice Bennet and Betty Booth Beck. She is survived by her sons, William Earl (Linda) Van Horne and Thomas Fitzgerald (Faith) Van Horne; grandchildren, Meredith Lee (Benjamin) Jones, Jeremy Adam (Kathryn) Van Horne; great grandson, Greyson William Jones. Suzanne earned her undergraduate from Sweet Briar College, class of 1947, and earned her Master's from The Ohio State University; taught music at Sidwell Friends School in Washington D.C. and taught piano from her home in Upper Arlington for over 50 years, involved with Save the Ohio Theater in the 1960s, a docent at the Columbus Museum of Art and was a local professional artist. Family will receive friends at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Rd. from 3 p.m. until time of memorial service at 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2018.
