Thelma Lenora Campbell

Thelma L. Campbell, age 85, of Galloway, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 8, 2014. She was born in Noble County, Ohio on September 7, 1929 to the late Ulrea and Sarah Elizabeth Gallagher. Thelma was a very active member of Alkire Road Church of Christ. She retired from OSU after many years of dedicated service. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter D. Campbell; sister, Louretta Belville; and brother in-law, Clinton Leach. She is survived by her children, Darlene Campbell, Dean (Dana) Campbell, and Diane (Robin) Weier; grandchildren, Michael Campbell and Lauren Leggans; great granddaughter, Olivia Leggans; sister, Eileen Leach; brother, Robert (Jerri) Gallagher; brother in-law, Richard Belville; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 4:00PM-8:00PM at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 11:00AM at Alkire Road Church of Christ, 2779 Alkire Road, Grove City, Ohio. Minister, Robin Weier officiating. Interment will follow at Galloway Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundations, Central Ohio Chapter, 1379 Dublin Road, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
