

Thomas P. Collins, "TC", passed away at his home Friday October 28, 2016 with his loving wife, Linda at his side. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 23, 1950 to George T. and Wanda (Shephard) Collins. In addition to his wife, Tom is survived by sister; Kathleen Ives, brother; Michael (Debra) Collins, daughter; Erin (Vincent) Gerardi, nieces and nephews; Steven, Tricia (Greg), Tracie, Carrie, Katie (Mark), Adikin, and Logan; his former wife and friend, Carol DeLelles (Tim) and her family; brother-in-law, James Nixon as well as many loving extended family and friends. Thomas was a lifelong talented keyboard musician going back to age 10. He played in many bands over the years including: HooDoo Soul Band, Men of Leisure, TC and The Cats, Dave Workman Blues Band, Five Mighty People, Unknown Kind and several others.
