Virginia M. Kelley, 93, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2016 at Brookdale Senior Living, Westerville. Virginia was born January 18, 1923 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Cline and Carrie (Blake) Matthews; also preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, James L. Kelley, in 2002; sisters, Josephine and Pauline; brothers, Walter and Floyd. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Steven Kelley and Susan Robison; granddaughter, Erin Kelley; great-grandchildren, Kayla, Lynsi and Alysa. Virginia was a former secretary and model at F & R Lazarus and retired from the State of Ohio, Dept. of Taxation. She was a member of Overbrook Presbyterian Church and an avid gardener. Funeral service will be held at 12pm Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Rd., Columbus, OH 43229 where family will welcome friends from 11am-12pm; interment to follow at Union Cemetery; Pastor William Gause, officiating.
