Wendy Morgan-Lee, was born August 30th, 1958 and left to be with her Heavenly Father on October the 9th, 2012. She went completely unafraid; sure she would be reunited with the people she loved. She was preceded in death by her beloved father, Arthur Morgan and sister, Alicia Morgan Castleberry. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of 28 years, Kevin; son, Joshua; mother, Lee Taylor; brother, Stuart (Sally) Morgan; sister, Robin Morgan; mother-in-law, Veronica Lee; step-mother, Janet Morgan; step-sister, Kathy Hedges; step-brothers, Mark and Jim; numerous other relatives and friends; the staff of the Kelso Home; and special friends, Vicki and Debbi Porchetti, Doris Parker, Lori Cobb and Kathleen Notestein. The most important things in Wendy’s earthly life were her family, faith, and the Kelso Home which provides a true home and unconditional love to developmentally disabled adults. Wendy was a tireless advocate for the rights and care of the most vulnerable among us. She loved Jesus, a glass of wine, and a good joke. You could hear her laugh in the next room.
A memorial service celebrating Wendy’s life will be held at a later date.
