William Franklin Noble, age 84, of Columbus, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 16, 2018 at his home. He retired from General Motors/Fisher Body in 1985 and was a longtime member of the Heart of Ohio Barber Shop Chorus. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Janice Noble and numerous brothers and sisters. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
