

She is survived by her husband, Charles, her brother Barry Marin, her children Jennifer, Jaclyn and Clint and her son-in-law Jon. She is also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Emma and Jon, who brought immeasurable joy to her life.
Arlene was born in the Bronx, NY, on August 30, 1955, to Edith and Walter Marin. From a young age, she carried a deep appreciation for beauty, creativity, and connection. She put extraordinary care into everything she touched—whether through her artwork, her photography, or the thoughtful ways she showed up for the people she loved.
Arlene had a gift for making others feel seen and cherished. Her friendships were lasting and meaningful, and she formed heartfelt bonds wherever she went.Above all,she treasured the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, who filled her life with pride and purpose.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc. 113 Lake Road, Congers, NY. Religious Services will begin at 11:30am.
