Virginia Rose Campbell, 94, of Houston, Arkansas went to be with the Lord July 5, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Virginia was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on May 8, 1927 to Maurice and Adeline Long.
Virginia worked for Southwestern Bell for 37 years before her retirement.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers and 1 sister.
She is survived by her loving husband of almost 66 years, Russell; 2 daughters, Carlotta Goodwin (Norman) and Deborah Donnaud (Gary). 4 grandchildren; 8 great- grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and sister Mary Adalyn Chambers.
Virginia and Russell traveled in their motor home on trips with the Telephone Pioneers. They also enjoyed going on cruises.
Virginia went to church every Sunday. She would cook and make pies for the special events at the church.
For her siblings and other family members birthdays she would always make their favorite desert.
