It's been 10 years this year since I worked with Dave in San Diego at our local airport project.  I was finishing up my college degree working an internship with PCL here in town, and can say he has been one of my biggest mentors as I began my construction career.  He was a great coworker, friend, and one of the best superintendents I've known.  We would call each other every now and then to say hello and keep in touch since then - and found about his passing online through here.  Dave, thank you for everything you taught me, and inspiring me to pursue my career, and motivating me to be the best I can be. You are missed - Mark "Gonzo" from San Diego.

Dave and Brenda are the kindest people you’d ever meet. Such amazing grandparents to Cam! They were an important part of our St. Francis boys baseball life and were such a joy to be around. He will surely be missed. My prayers go out to Brenda and her family.

Sending the Neumann family so much love during this awful time.  Dave was such an amazing guy with such a fun loving personality, contagious laugh and huge smile all the time!  He will be truly missed but knowing he is back with Blake is comforting.  Love you Linds and Brenda!

My thoughts and prayers are with you & your family. It's so hard to find the right words to say during this time.. and maybe there are none. I will always remember Dave's smile, laughter and the funny things he would say to make me laugh.  Most of all his wonderful friendly hugs.  I am so glad we became friend through our children. May you rest in peace Dave.

We are so saddened by hearing of Dave's passing.  To Brenda Lindsey and Derek, Scott,Troy, Ryan and I give our deepest condolences and prayers. We all enjoyed knowing Dave, having him our Best Man at our wedding and just having him in our lives for many years. Too many memories to count!  Our prayers!!!

We were so saddened to hear of Dave’s passing.   We have very fond memories of Dave and Brenda back in the 70s and 80’s when we lived in Minnesota.   We played a lot of cards and had a lot of laughs.    We are only sorry we lost touch when we moved to Atlanta.   Love and prayers to your family!
