As we reflect on the chapters of her life, we celebrate a woman who epitomized grace, resilience, and wisdom. 
Auntie you were a mother in a million, caring, loving, firm, and strict. Your world revolved around business and you're highly industrious, energetic and passionate about it. 

Our mother will definitely miss you more. You had this enviable close relationship with her such that she said "There is nowhere I will turn that I will not see Aduke there".
You would come to our house to cook for her, bring things from your home, buy her birthday and Christmas clothes. 

You would have heart to heart talks with her. Your bond with her was so great. You were the "ko se mani" of your general family. 

When you liked someone you liked themamd when you didn't like them you didn't. 

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, we not only mourn her passing, we celebrate the profound impact she had on our lives and the countless memories that will forever remain etched in our hearts. 

Rest in peace, dear soul, and thank you for the priceless gift of your presence in our lives.

I will start by thanking you for the  tough love whilst I was growing up even though I didn’t appreciate it at the time because you were a disciplinarian. I appreciate it more as I am the same now with my kids. Thanks so much for the teachings and discipline, I only regret never telling you this whilst you were still with us. You lived a fruitful life and tomorrow when you will be laid to rest will be a celebration of life.  Continue to rest in glory Mummy💕💕💕💕

You have been a good mother to all your children and even to all their loved ones.  My last visit to you, really proof it. As old as you are, you still demonstrated that your children's welfare is still very paramount. By 2.00 a.m., you are awake, still packing their food stuff.

Today, we gather to honor and celebrate the life of a truly remarkable woman, who left an indelible mark on our lives. It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to a beloved mother and a guiding light - Mummy Titlas

Words fail to capture the immense gratitude and appreciation we feel towards this incredible woman. Mummy was not just a mother to her own children but also a guiding force to countless others, including myself. She possessed a unique ability to touch the lives of those she encountered, leaving an everlasting impression of love, kindness, and wisdom.

I cannot reminisce about my childhood without recalling the impact Mummy had on our lives. She was the epitome of strength and resilience, teaching us the values of boldness, discipline, resourcefulness, and the importance of education. 

We were fortunate to have her as our guiding star during those crucial formative years.

Mummies generosity knew no bounds. She possessed a heart that overflowed with compassion, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. 

Her home was a sanctuary, a place where anyone could find solace and warmth. Her doors were open to all, and her hospitality was unparalleled. 

Countless memories were created within those walls, memories that will forever be cherished.

Today, as we bid farewell to this remarkable woman, we do so with a heavy heart but also with gratitude and admiration. 

As we say our final goodbyes, let us remember Mummy with smiles instead of tears, for she would want us to celebrate the beautiful life she lived.





It is very difficult to comprehend yet that you are really gone, but we thank God for a life well spent. 
You have always being a strong support and encouragement to us in our family. You will  surely be dearly missed.

Mummy, as we fondly called you. We give glory to God for the time you are here with us. With the short time I know you, iyalaje, I learned many things from you, my second mom. I learned to be a prayer warrior, hospitality, virtuosity and so on. You treated everyone equally, you loved everyone like your own children, you wanted everything to be right with everyone. You are too good to leave us now. I will never forget many memories we’ve shared together, Aduke Ogun. The day my mom was buried you stayed with me till they covered her in the earth. We buried her on 26th of August 2022. You were with us then and now the following year the same time we are resting you Mummy Tit-las into the ground. I am still in denial. We love you Grace Aduke but God loves you more. Simi laya Jesu titi a o pade. Adieu Aduke Ogun.

Aunty's London visits to us always promised excitement and teaching opportunities to learn important life skills.

We all eagerly look forward to the resurrection hope promised by our grand creator: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. I still can’t wrap my head around the fact that I am writing a tribute for you. But overall I thank God for your life. Yours was a full and a robust life. You were a force to reckon with ; full of personality and kindhearted. You were such a hard worker who was  determined and fully dedicated to her family and loved ones. You were so sweet and fun to be around and still a disciplinarian to the core! Who born dog! My fashionista mommy ever always on point, who would have thought that the last time we would see was at Damola’s wedding!! May your beautiful soul rest in peace and may the Lord keep all that is dear to you that are left behind. Amenn.

It took me a long time to be able to write this short message as I have finally come to agree that you have gone to be with your maker. I bless God for making my path to cross with yours as you really made an impact. Thank you for all the prayers and fasting as you really stood by me during my trouble days. You supported me, my children and mom in all possible ways that you could.  I am thankful for the beautiful life that you lived, I am thankful for the impact you made in life of everyone around you.  You were indeed a mother and a very good one.

Mommy we think about you always, we talk about you still. You have never been forgotten and you never will. We hold you close within our hearts and there you will remain and until we meet again.

Awww.....Titilas was a friend....Too good  in all respects  to have left this mother earth  so soon. Why? Why? Why? Only The Almighty God  knows and understand 
 how to answer this question but nobody else on earth. The Almighty God knows best as His thoughts and deeds  are not the same as us. He is the Alfa and Omega. We cannot question Him as He is our creator and the Author of our lives. We have to continue praising God in all situations  and conditions that we find ourselves regardless.  Your personality did not make sense to me until I became a fully grown woman and a mother.  Well, how would a teenager , who just wants to be free, understand  the tenacity and resilient of a strong visionary mother hen ? 
You were firm but kind.
You were misunderstood but now I know it takes an audacious woman to be different in a patriarchal society..
You were bold, confident, industrious  and extremely insightful.
You had your voice and were not afraid to express it . You were clear and focused. 

You lived well to the glory of God. 
May the Lord be with all your immediate and extended family at this difficult time.

Dear Oyinda and the other Akinropos,

I hope this message finds you in the arms of comfort during this difficult time. I wanted to take a moment to extend my deepest condolences to you all on behalf of my Mum and my entire family.

At some point in my young adult life, your Mum showed me love and genuine care which impacted me in many ways I find hard to express in words, and I cannot express how grateful I am to have known her for those wonderful period. 

Your Mum's  kindness and compassion have touched my heart in so many ways, and I will forever cherish the assuring words and the confidence she prophesy about my bright future.

During times of loss and sorrow, it can be challenging to find solace. But I want you to know that you are not alone; you have so many people who care about you and are here to support you. As your Mother always gave her your love so unconditionally; she was one of the first to visit our home when my father passed on in February 2014 and now it's our turn to surround you with the same amount of love and support.

Please remember to take care of yourself during this grieving process. Allow yourself the time and space to heal, and lean on your loved ones for strength. I know it may feel overwhelming, but remember that every tear shed is a testament to the love and bond you shared.

If there is anything I can do to ease your burden or offer support, I am here Oyinda.

I want you to know that the native attire I wore in that picture was chosen by your Mum for my 24th Birthday...lol. And of course the head tie these 2 mamas had on (they both rock parties)😎

Whether it's a shoulder to lean on or someone to listen, I am here for you, like your Mum was there for me.
