Family of "Mr. Jim", 
We moved into the home 2 houses down from Jim in September of 2021. He promptly introduced himself (with his self proclaimed title of 'neighborhood watch') and while he was likely the one who needed an extra hand, offered two kids in their twenties his help whenever we needed it. Our son enjoyed playing with the rocks in his front yard whenever we walked past on the way to the park. We called him Mr. Jim and if he was out in his lawn chair, he always pulled up a seat for us to sit down for a chat. He loved telling us all about his sons and grandchildren, clearly the proudest achievements of his life. 
We send our deepest condolences to the entire Seykora family - you are in our thoughts as you grieve the loss of wonderful father, grandfather,  and brother.

Steven and Michael, 
It is with the heaviest of hearts that I and my family extend our condolences.  ‘Big Jim’ will always live in our memories.  How could he not?  The holidays and the abrupt ‘Seykoras, we’re done eating, let’s go!”  We all knew the Big Bear had a soft and tender side and loved Uncle Jim - even as he perpetuated the tough guy persona.  We all count ourselves lucky and fortunate to have spent so many good times with your father.  Rejoice in his life and the joy he brought to so many of us.   We are all better for having a ‘Big Jim’ in our lives.  Anne, Karinna,  Amelie, and I will always keep your father’s memory alive with a good story,  a laugh, and the good memories of a life well lived.
