Age 63, of Mounds View, Passed away peacefully in his sleep on Nov. 16, 2025.
Preceded in death by his dad, Lee Cook.
Survived by his mom, Adele Cook; sisters, Kim (Mike) Sachi, Kandy (Phil) Schroer, Dee Cook; nephew and nieces, Steven Schroer, Leah Schroer, Rachel Quaday; great-niece, Jolene ‘JoJo’; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
John enjoyed reading, traveling, crafting and most of all spending time with his nephew, nieces, family and friends. John had a kind and playful spirit that will forever be cherished and remembered by those he leaves behind.
A Celebration of Life Gathering to honor John will be held Friday, December 12, 2025, from 1pm-3pm with a eulogy and time of sharing at 3pm all at Gearhart Funeral Home – 11275 Foley Blvd., NW., Coon Rapids, MN.
