It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Kenneth Dahl on July 18, 2024 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ken was born on January 17, 1964 in Long Beach, California. He was a proud Air Force veteran and served for 4 years in Okinawa, Japan. He was a metal plater for many years and enjoyed fishing, morel mushroom hunting, feeding people (he was a phenomenal cook!), playing guitar, motorcycles, NASCAR, and gardening. He loved life! His biggest accomplishment was his son, David, and the love he had for his grandkids, Hazel and Kaleb, was tremendous. Ken was a dedicated father and grandfather, and would do anything for his family. He loved playing with the kids and was very engaging with them, even getting down on the floor to play with them. He did the best Donald Duck impression and could make anyone laugh with his jokes. Ken loved chocolate anything! He enjoyed being in the woods or traveling with family, otherwise he preferred to be home. He especially loved the trip to Jamaica for David’s wedding. He will be deeply missed by all who love him.
Ken is preceded in passing by his parents, Patricia Sylvester and Roland Dahl and sister, Sherri Rae Dahl.
Ken is survived by his son, David (Krystle) Dahl; grandchildren, Hazel and Kaleb Dahl; the love of his life, Tammy Johnson; Step-father, Galin Sylvester; brother, Rick Dahl; Step-sisters, Cindy (Randy) Chumley, Tina (Greg) Tatro; nephew, Brian (Jessica) Dahl; niece, Sherri (Mitch) Heil and many other family members and friends.
